 Drug Disposal Committee

Hometown:
Falcon, CO. It's a pretty awesome place.
Undergraduate: University of Northern Calorado (Greeley, CO... the same place as the infamous slaughter house in the book "The Jungle." When the wind blows in the right direction, there's nothing like the smell of cows!)
Goals for our group:
Help inform the public of proper medication disposal techniques and to protect the environment from man-made pharmaceuticals
Why I got involved: My good friend John Lloyd told me about this position and I was pretty interested in it as it didn't sound too overwhelming and seemed like a pretty good way to not only learn something about medication disposal myself, but to increase the knowledge of everyone taking medications concerning what to do with them when they are expired or not needed anymore. Besides, I needed to be involved in something, and this caught my attention.
Favorite cheese: Muenster cheese is the best, can't beat it! Use one slice of muenster with one slice of Colby Jack and you've got the best darn grilled cheese sandwich in history!
Favorite hobby: I love playing rugby! Nothing like taking aggression out on other people and slamming their faces into the dirt :) Not only that but you get to wear a pretty tight mouth guard and get instant respect from people weaker than you. Ha. I also LOVE baking! Yay food!
